Intern - Creative Project Coordinator

Title: Intern - Creative Project Coordinator
Location: USA
The Creative Project Coordinator Intern will gain exposure and understanding of project coordination within Marketing’s Creative Design team. They will get a mixture of hands on projects, project planning experience and work together with experienced project managers and design resources.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•  Observe and train with several team members within the Creative Design team and Marketing department to gain an understanding of various processes.
•  Assist Project Managers in overseeing schedules and assignments and help with adjustments as needed.
•  Learn and use project management software.
•  Organize and schedule meetings.
•  Create and review reports to measure project performance.
•  Provide evaluations and recommendations on improvements to process, workflows and project performance to increase operational efficiencies.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
•  Muliti-tasker, highly organized and detail oriented.
•  Strong verbal and written communication.
•  Knowledge of project management methods.
•  Knowledge of Marketing and/or graphic and digital design. 
•  Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

EDUCATON & EXPERIENCE
•  Undergraduate in good standing at either a junior or senior level with focus in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Marketing, Communications or Strategy.
